International Culture Night, Modern Jazz & Painting!

A leap year weekend means an extra day this year full of unique events in Sanford! This week we focus in on events relating to arts and culture and celebrate the diversity of our community!

Next Tuesday, March 3, El Refugio will be holding their annual International Culture Night in collaboration with Central Carolina Community college and the Lee County Art Council. The event will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dennis A., Wicker Civic and Conference Center, and is free for everyone and anyone to attend!

This year, International Culture Night will feature exhibits showcasing the culture of 20 different countries with food, arts and crafts, games, history, music and more! Chef Hamm, head chef of Cafe 121, along with his students from Central Carolina Community College will be providing the international cuisine!
