There are several fun fall events taking place this weekend in Sanford!
The Peace, Love & Unity Music Festival (P.L.U.M. Fest) is a family oriented event aiming to build police relations with the community and raise awareness to stop violence here in Sanford. The festival will include music from all different genres and will feature DJ LUKE NASTY and be hosted by FOXY 99’s Jane Dough and DJ Remedy. A Food Truck Rodeo will be on the site. There will be inflatable bouncy houses and games for the children. A costume contest will be held for both kids and adults with cash prizes! Children will also be able to trick or treat with vendors and local law enforcement officers.
The event will take place this Saturday October 27th, from 10am – 5pm at the Lions Club Fair Ground (505 N 7th St. Sanford, NC). Kids 12 and under are free and tickets will be $30 at the gate.
