Another week, another outdoor movie presented by Adcock and Associates. This Friday’s film is the Disney classic family comedy Hocus Pocus. As always, there will be local food trucks for tailgating before the show, payment is per-car and there will be fun surprises, so don’t miss it! The gates will open at 6:00 PM TONIGHT, Friday October 23, at the Lions Club Fairgrounds and the movie will begin at 7:30 PM.

Also this weekend is the 19th Annual No Scare Fair. This year, the fair will be a drive thru event. You just need to drive down to the Dennis A. Wicker Civic and Conference Center and follow the traffic line to attend. Tomorrow, Saturday 24th, HAVEN in Lee County will be handing out 1,000 trick or treat bags containing candy, arts and crafts, small prizes and a raffle ticket. Enter the raffle for a chance to win a $150 cash prize or a $50 Bath & Body Works Gift Card.
Tickets are available at Piggly Wiggly, 2412 S. Horner Blvd., Sanford, for $6 each. Participants can buy tickets for four different sessions Oct. 24 — 10 a.m.-noon, noon-2 p.m., 2-4 p.m. or 4-6 p.m. Visit the Facebook Event page for more information.
