Fall is in the air! That means the wonderful smells of the Lee County Regional Air will soon be flowing through Sanford and we can’t wait! Our excitement for the fair brought us to focus this week’s Fun Friday article on the upcoming dates and events for this year’s fair. We are sure this year will be one of the best yet.
Sanford Lions Club hosts the Lee Regional Fair each year. The Lee Regional Fair is the largest event held in the county each year. This year’s fair will take place September 10-15 and will have various local vendors, exhibits, pageants, and educational booths. Outside of the local exhibits, Big Rock Amusements will be providing the midway. Visit their website to learn more about what excitement they will be offering to the fair.
The Sanford Lions Club emphasizes Agriculture Awareness and Youth Involvement, therefore the gate admissions go directly to benefit their program achievements and youth.
