Central Carolina Community College’s Career Center continued its ongoing business outreach in impressive fashion, with a very successful mid-March jobs fair. Nearly 100 businesses and plenty of hiring prospects took to the floor of the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center.
The wide range of employers in attendance, included contractors, restaurants, manufacturers, school districts and much more. Booth spaces extended beyond the main conference room and into the lobby, to accommodate the level of interest from employers and job candidates.
With plenty of jobs to fill, and motivated businesses and candidates, the job fair provided a great way for CCCC to help students, graduates and area residents find gainful employment and get started on promising stages of their careers.
