This years unique holiday season is about to begin in Sanford, and while plans have changed this year that doesn’t mean there won’t be a ton of Christmas activities in Sanford over the next two months.
Kicking things off this year is the Artisan Holiday Fair, hosted by The Sanford Farmers’ Market. Come down to the Sanford Farmer’s Market, which has two more Saturdays for the year. Both this Saturday, 11/14 and next Saturday, 11/21 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, local vendors will be selling baked goods, Fall produce and more in the parking lot behind the Buggy Building at 115 Chatham Street.
This Saturday only, the market will also include the Artisan Holiday Fair, which is taking place also from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM in the parking lot across from Yarborough’s Ice Cream on Chatam Street. Come support local artisans by purchasing gifts such as crafts, jewlery, unique holiday decorations, and more!
Also on Saturday is the latest in the series of Downtown Alive! second saturday series, where local musicians will be performing from 8-10 AM and 1-3 PM. There will also be yoga in Depot Park at 9 AM. Stay tuned to this page, and to the Facebook event page for more information on that event.
