In this time of virtual learning, Mrs. Yarborough’s experience and experience have been especially valuable. One parent recalls Mrs. Yarborough’s efforts last spring, commenting “She has the patience of a saint, a heart of gold, and a love for teaching! Our student was online learning in March with Ronda. She walked these confused kiddos through every single, slow, click of the mouse ! This class truly learned so much together from March-June She doesn’t know how much I appreciate what she did for my daughter last year! Mrs. Yarborough is our teacher of the year!!! She is so deserving of this honor!”
Mrs. Yarborough’s dedication and enthusiasm are obvious. As she anticipates the new school year, she comments, “What an exciting time. I am looking forward to working my pupils throughout the year. My very favorite thing in the whole world is being my students’ second grade teacher!” In her spare time, Mrs. Yarborough enjoys family time, baseball, reading with her book club and travel, especially to the mountains.
