She is an excellent addition to our medical staff and a great example of career growth we like to see locally. Her joining our team is important as Central Carolina Hospital strives to meet our region’s evolving healthcare needs and make our community healthier.”
Folk has an extensive history of patient care in Sanford. Her previous role was as an FNP-C at Sanford Nephrology and Hypertension. Previously, she served in a number of capacities at Family Health Associates. Folk is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received an MS in Nursing-FNP. She also earned an Associates Degree in Nursing from Central Carolina Community College. Her areas of specialization include women’s health, preventative medicine and hypertension.
Dr. Caldwell joined CCH as a family practice physician in July 2017, after providing urgent care services at two facilities in Florida. His background includes providing care to underserved populations, clinical research and conducting veteran’s medical disability evaluations for Veterans Affairs.
These transitions take effect on May 1, 2018.
